If you spend £75.00 or above in one transaction with FL, we will send your order free of charge.

In most cases, delivery usually takes between 2-5 working days from receipt of your order.

Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order during busy periods and public holidays.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is returned to us due to failure of attempted delivery, we will provide a full refund for the items but cannot refund the shipping fee. If you are not going to be in, please ensure you provide an alternative delivery option at time of purchase.

We have tried to keep our delivery fees as low as possible for our customers, and for ease have included a flat rate for all parcels. Great news, if you spend £75 or over in one transaction, we will send your order free of charge.

We hope to deliver outside of UK Mainland in the future. In the meantime, if you have a delivery request, please feel free to email us direct via contact@franklyliving.co.uk and we will do our best to arrange this for you. Apologies for any inconvenience at this time.

Returns Policy

If you, the customer, wish to return an item for a refund we are happy for you to do so within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us via email at contact@franklyliving.co.uk providing your order number, name, preferred email address and reason why you would like to return the item. We will reply with our returns address and any other further information required. The return will be at your own cost and we recommend using a tracked service.

Your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please keep the original Invoice as proof of purchase, and also retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.

Refunds will then be made to your original payment method, and may take 14 days to appear.

Faulty and Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item and require a refund or replacement, please contact us via email at contact@franklyliving.co.uk providing your order number, name, preferred email address and photos of the item in question clearly showing the fault or damage. Please do not discard of the item or postal packaging until you have heard back from us, as in some cases we may need to ask that you return the item to us, and/or send photographs of any outer parcel damage for our delivery partners.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will then be made to your original payment method, and may take 14 days to appear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as personal care products and those identified on our website. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item within an order, please let us know immediately at contact@franklyliving.co.uk and we will do our best to get the correct item sent to you as soon as possible.
